Available PhD studentship

A fully funded 4-year PhD studentship is now available at UCL to integrate deep learning and structure-based approaches for discovering novel antimicrobial peptide candidates. The project is part of the Centre for Doctoral Training in Engineering Solutions for Antimicrobial Resistance (CDT AMR). Funding is open to both UK and international students

Project title: Unravelling the structural diversity of ultra-long CDR loops with antimicrobial potential

Supervisors: Dr. Gorka Lasso & Prof. Christine Orengo
Collaborator: Prof. Kartik Chandran
